Chair Yoga - Tues 10:30am at The Suite Studio

Yoga for ALL - Tues at NOON at The Suite Studio

I'm teaching less this summer since I will have my lovely daughter assisting me. Still FOUR chances to move with me every week! More classes to come in the fall.
